Ok, that ad makes me wonder what types of idiots would buy that thinking its a bentley. I know its not but I wonder if there are people out there who are stupid enough to think its not a phaeton

Tut tut tut, never under estimate the power of stupid. Idiots and stupid breed happily like rabbits and hares.
I merely want to know how the sale of goods act works when the description is blatantly not the vehicle shown.
I could say my Skoda Superb is an Audi A6 Avant but it isn't (it's better and cheaper, shhhh!) and I don't.

No. I like being able to say mine's better than the Audi with £8,000 in my pocket and not Audis.
I've just treated her to mobile broadband to use on long journeys with the EE Buzzard mobile wifi rather than replace the ICE head unit etc... She's my baby and I'd never sell her short or make her out to be something she's not.
